What we remove for US format

Layout fixes we apply
- Remove personal details section (photo, DOB, age, marital status, nationality, religion, ID numbers, parents' names, etc.)

- Remove 'Hobbies' / 'Interests' section
- Convert local date formats to Month YYYY (e.g. 15/03/2020 → March 2020)
- Keep the user's current city — do NOT invent a U.S. address
- Keep local phone numbers in international format (+country code)
- Convert local grades to U.S. GPA — only if recent grad
- If CV is not in English, translate everything to U.S. English
- Convert tabular CVs to single-column format for ATS compatibility
