FAQ
- Is the Philippines to US resume converter really free?
- Yes β completely free. No signup, no credit card. We limit each IP to 3 conversions per day to keep AI costs reasonable, but most users never hit that.
- Do you store my Philippines CV?
- No. Your CV is processed in server memory during the request and deleted immediately after. We never persist it to disk, database, or cache. Read our Privacy page for the full promise.
- What if my Philippines CV is in another language?
- en (Philippine English) + Filipino/Tagalog accepted
- Do you invent facts or numbers?
- Never. If a bullet would benefit from a number (e.g. 'managed X devices') and you didn't provide one, we leave a placeholder like '[add number, e.g. number of devices managed]' for you to fill in. We never fabricate jobs, dates, employers, skills, certifications, degrees, or numbers.
- Do you ask about visa or work-authorization status?
- No. We do not ask about, store, or include visa status on your resume. That's between you and the employer.
- Why does my Philippines job title show as a different US title?
- Philippine 'CSR' (Customer Service Representative) is often used for IT support roles. Verify if it was actually IT support, and present as 'IT Support Specialist' if so. Philippine 'OJT' (On-the-Job Training) should be presented as 'Intern'.
- How do I download as PDF?
- After conversion, click 'Print / Save as PDF'. Your browser's print dialog opens with the resume on US Letter size, single column. Choose 'Save as PDF' as the destination.
Honesty promise
